Orders are fulfilled by Central Books and are usually dispatched within 3 business days. Deliveries to UK addresses should arrive within 14 business days, and deliveries to EU addresses should arrive within 14 business days from date of fulfilment. Deliveries to international addresses may take up to 28 business days.

If a delivery fails to arrive or contents have been damaged during transport, please let us know as soon as possible. Though it is the carrier’s responsibility to handle lost or damaged goods, we will send a replacement for lost or damaged items where appropriate and if possible. If we cannot provide a replacement, and if the issue cannot be resolved with the carrier, we will provide a refund for the lost or damaged item.

Items may be returned in new condition within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to return a purchase, please contact us. Make sure to include your contact information with the return and, if possible, please provide a tracking number. Eligible returns will be refunded within 10 business days. We are not responsible for any return charges, including postage or customs fees.
